I uploaded the subdirectory on daq2 using the following commands

cd CODA
git clone https://github.com/JeffersonLab/mkLinuxvmeDist.git
cd mkLinuxvmeDist
./getGIT
./getGIT -o

the result is a subdirectory called "linxvme" which contains all the libraries
