Goal: Ship 3 chambers to JLab (S5, S6, and S3 ) on Jan. 8, 2014
Ambition: ship S1 as well.
S3: stringing is done, one side is potted, last side in progress.
S2: now aligned to repair the last wires that are out of spec.
1 Pallet is assembled and ready for shipping, a second pallet is assemble but one boot remains to be installed.
Haitham has traced out dust covers for S5.
David - Finish potting S3 before Dec 9, install windows on S3 before Dec 16, move S3 to upper leave and have it crated by Dec 23, put S5 in its crate before Jan 6
Haitham - finish Q&A on S5 and then crate up S5
Derrick - Finish third pallet before Dec 16.
Trailer is 48 ft long.

Shipping progress: : Ship 3 chambers to JLab (S5, S6, and S3 ) loading truck on Jan. 7, 2014
Trailer is 48' long, drift chambers are about 10' long,
Pallets need to be 95" or less, we intend to cut them down to 92" wide.
S3: potting is done, windows installation this weekend
S2: no progress
2 Pallet is assembled and ready for shipping but need to cut off 4" so they are 92" wide for the truck
S5 dust cover installation begin today
David - move S3 to upper level by Dec 23, put S5 and S3 into their crates before Jan 6, return as much unneeded equipment as possible
Haitham - finish Q&A on S5 and then crate up S5
Derrick - Finish third pallet before Dec 16.
