Safety Conditions
Before open the paste please read SDS File:ED7100 OSHA MSDS.pdf for the paste. Be sure that the following are available:
- Ventilation
Working with paste is highly recommended under a good ventilation area, the hood is a good environment for work.
- Poor Ventilation area
Wear a well fitted NIOSH approved or industrial type canister mask.
- Paste Splashing
1- Gloves,goggles.
2- suitable protection clothes.
3- sack of sand or absorber for cleaning the area.

- b- Equipment And Tools
55 to 77T polyester mesh, 200 mesh stainless steel screen, ER7 reducer, SW100, Oven, Multimeter, different shapes of Copper ( mainly 10X10 plate, wires), power supply.
- c- Processing
1- Printing the paste using 55 to 77T polyester mesh. For tight resistances tolerance use 200 mesh stainless steel screen to reduce the distortion.
2- Clean the screen and stencil of the paste residues using SW100
3-Let the paste dry, recommended drying conditions are in the table below:
