VFAT board mirror

The prototype VFAT breakout board has the A and B sides switched on the PCB. For the final board this will need to be fixed, but for the run on the HRRL we need a mitigating strategy. Basically we need to switch each pair of cables to be correct or adjust otherwise. With the following strategy we will loose the capability to remotely hard or soft reset, but we can always power off the board manually if need be.
