Scope Pictures

The following scope pictures have beam parameters of 25 MeV beam energy, 0.5 A current and a 2 ns pulse width.

Above is a scope picture of the analog signal from the neutron detector Natali inside the gun pulse start signal. The purple signal is the NIM pulse from the level translator (Model PS726).

3-8-11 4.png

Above is a scope picture of TDC start (light blue), stop out from the discriminator (Ortec CF8000)(dark blue), and the gun pulse (green). The TDC is operated between the fall of the start and the rise of the stop (100ns).

3-8-11 5.png

Above has the gun pulse in green and the start trigger for the VME crate as light blue.

3-8-11 6.png

Above is a closeup of the trigger start for the VME crate.

Above are scope pictures of Natali double pulsing. The purple trace is the NIM output of the level translator. The yellow trace is the analog signal from Natali out of the back of the constant fraction discriminator (Ortec CF8000). Natali was operating at a high voltage of -1800 V and a threshold of 203 mV.
