An isotropic distribution of Moller events, with respect to the scattering angle theta, is created in the Center of Mass frame of reference. This distribution is such that one event occurs for a CM bin spacing of .0001 degrees in Theta. Phi is initially set to -30 degrees. These events can be transformed via a Lorentz transformation to the Lab frame of reference.

Weights are applied to the events in the CM frame that will represent the Moller differential cross section. These weights can be transferred to the Lab frame events via the LUND file.

Once the lab frame events have been transferred with the associated Moller differential cross-section, limits can be set on only allowing one event per lab frame bin widths of .1 degrees
