PMT detector #4 HV at -1000 Volts

Run 4546 had a discriminator threshold set to 80 mv and the terminators were out. Cosmic rays test.

Run 4547 had a discriminator threshold set to 80 mv and the terminators were out. DAQ rate is 100 Hz. Cf source in.

Run 4548 had a discriminator threshold set to 80 mv and the terminators were in. DAQ rate is 100 Hz. Cf source in.
