The figure below shows the basic size of a mask for the TGEM preamps. The 2.5 mm diameter holes are for alignment.
The 0.4 mm wide lines in the mask will cover the TGEM holes to prevent filling in the holes with either paste or sputtering material. The lines are space 0.46 mm apart.
An adjustment holes will be cut in circle of 2.5 mm in diameter as shown:
