Setup TIming
Accelerator sends the Gun gate to HRRL counting room on channel BM
The accelerator Gun gate starts our Stanford pulse generator.
- The Stanford pulse generator outputs 2 pulses
- one pulse is for the ADC gate and G1 trigger for V1495
- The second pulse create a trigger for the DAQ
