Introduction

Here, a machine (which is allegedly known as “TRIMeV”) is used to fire a beam consisting of a butt-load of tiny little charged particles – most likely electrons – that travel at supersonic speeds towards a measuring apparatus that is capable of profiling the beam's intensity over a beam-perpendicular plane by means of a lot of weird tiny OSL thingies.
