Region 3 sector orientations can be understood as follows

The sectors were counted from the negative Zero degree of the x-axis. So, The sector in the left side going through the x-axis is given 1 and counted clockwise direction from 1-6 as shown in the figure The ideal case of gravity is the case where the chamber is positioned in a way that the back plate is on the top of the nose plate. However, the chamber tilt angle is addressed. This case is analyzed just to understand the deflection patterns and practically there is no similarity to any of the sectors.


5 sets of Analysis were carried out as follows.


All of the analysis has Carbon rods. Hexcel sheet and No mylar sheet were not included in the model. Left hinge on the back plate is completely constrained, right hinge was allowed to move along the back Plate length(x-axis) and front face of the nose plate was constrained completely. acceleration was applied to the chamber in the opposite side of the gravity, resembling gravity in each case

  • Wire Loads are 1512N on all the 4 hole areas
