Run Plan

1.) Re-establish an electron beam with an energy >= 12 MeV so the OTR image is visible.

2.)tune a beam spot onto the phosphorous target which is wider in the horizontal direction to account for the 45 degree angle of the screen with respect to the incident beam. Spot size should be less than 1 cm.
