Two 4 in. by 4 in. scintillators, both placed 5 in from the Cf252 source, with one directly above and the other directly below the source. An OR between these two scinilators serves as the TDC start. The two TDC start scintilators are connected to the CFD with a HV of -1700 V and a threshold of 172 mV.

TDC mapping

TDC mapping is the same as usual for neutron detector array.

For the trigger scintillators:

PMT 6" above src: TDC1190[1][27]

PMT 6" below src: TDC1190[1][25]

Aug2017

6655

Two 4X4 inch scintillators are used as a fission trigger. One is fixed directly 6" above and the other 6" below the Cf252 source. The trigger PMTs are fed through a CFD with a threshold of 30mV. A hardware OR of the two trigger scintillators is placed in hardware AND with any PMT in the array. The HV of the trigger is set to -1650 V.

6656

Bad run

6657

Same configuration as run 6655.
