Alpha Particles ionization simulation using GEANT4

GEANT4 simulates the ionization of alpha particles in Ar/CO2 90/10 gas. Geant4 can simulate the ionization process for the alpha particles, the value of the step function of the step function determines the number of delta electrons emitted of each step.

Range of alpha particles in Ar/CO2 gas using srim File:Alpha range ArCo2.txt shows the maximum range of an alpha particles of energy 6.8 MeV is 1.33 mm, and 839.91 um as their energy is 5 MeV.
