Beulah Lake is a small lake located in the South West edge of Yellowstone between Ashton ID and the Teton National park along the John D. Rockefeller JR Memorial Parkway.
Below is a profile of the 2.5 mile hike from the trail head near Grassy Lake Reservoir and a GPX map from Pocatello, ID to the Lake. The road becomes dirt and then rocky as you approach Grassy Lake. The location of transitions from Pavement to Graded (smooth) and to rocky are noted in the GPX file.
