Summing Amplifier:

1.) Construct a summing amplifier which takes three input voltages (V_a, V_b, V_c) and outputs their sum.

2.) Measure the performance of this circuit as a function of input frequency.

3.) What is the Maximum voltage that can be input.

4.) Show the input and output signals for a given frequency to your instructor
