Course grade will be assigned based on homework, an in class midterm and a take home final according to the formula below

| All Homework complete | (70 %) Homework + (10 %) Midterm) + (20%) Final |
| If 1 homework set incomplete or more than 48 hours late | (50 %) Homework + (20 %) Midterm) + (30%) Final |
| Otherwise | (30 %) Homework + (30 %) Midterm) + (40%) Final |
Grading Scale : 90-100% = A, 80-89.9% = B, 70-79.9% = C, 60-69.9% = D, < 60% = F
