Draw command for PAA
PAA->Draw("PADC.PADC785N[3]/2-8>>photons(1000,0,4000)","")
Below is a sample background run from the file r5811.root
and here it is zoomed in to show that photons with energies below 100 keV can be seen.
A program called BackgroundSubtract.C was created on daq2 in the /home/daq directory. It accepts 4 arguments. The first is the Source Run of interest, the second is the background spectrum file, the third is the total runtime for the Source Run and the final argument is the total runtime for the background run.
