HV Cables on DCs: Sense-A2, Guard-A3 and Field-A4

HV cables on scintillators: Front && rear PMTs-A8. Hv settings 1150 Volts(works). In counting room front-A1(BNC) and rear-A2(BNC).

Plan: A3 should be trigger and gate. A4 - Start for TDC.

HV Settings on drift chambers S:F:G=1400:-700:980
