This page describes the simulation work performed to try and understand the coincidence spectrum from PePPO.
I believe that a 7.9 MeV electron beam of 0.5 nA impinged a 1 mm tungsten target oriented normal to the beam. The PePPO spectrometer was set to transport 4 MeV electrons.
Need to confirm the above
Need to get the momentum range that was transported by the PePPO spectrometer
A 0.011" chromox annihilation target oriented at 45 degrees to the incident positron beam.
Are nuclei in the target getting activated and giving off coincidence?
