To determine the average dose per pulse of the 25b linac at the Idaho Accelerator Center, Nanodot Optically Stimulated Luminescence Dosimeters (OSLs) are employed. Nanodot OSLs are 1cm+/- by 1cm+/- plastic squares with an inlaid, circular carbon-doped aluminum oxide crystal. The average diameter of the crystals is 0.501cm+/- with a thickness of 0.03cm+/-, as listed by the manufacturer.
