Management
Required Shifts
According to the Qweak shift policy of April 17, 2009:
"Set a goal for shifts to be staffed by institution, based on 30 shifts per collaborator at the institution, with the expectation that most institutions will provide more than this goal. "
Shift weights
One “Swing” shift (4pm-midnight) counts as 1.0 shifts: “Day” (8am-4pm) shifts count as 0.8 shifts, and “Owl” shifts (midnight-8am) count as 1.2 shifts towards the institutional goal.

Beam Tests
Readout tasks before beam test.
1.) Use the V1495 to record the VFAT test pattern
2.) create a method of displaying the hit pattern visually
3.) Adjust the VFAT threshold to determine noise level using cosmics, then repeat after installation in the HRRL experimental cell
4.) Determine if there are any clock frequency limitations to operation (too slow/too fast,...)
5.) Change VFAT threshold to determine dependence on hit pattern ionization radius.
