In this test, we put some layers (thickness) of lead between two detectors to test how much lead to we need to shield comics rays. We will do coincidence of signals from two detectors. If we can see coincident signal, that means cosmic rays can go through those layers of lead between them.  We will start from 2 layers of lead, then increase by 1 layer.

Lead Between Two Detectors

In this test, we put some layers (thickness) of lead between two detectors to test how much lead to we need to shield comics rays. We will do coincidence of signals from two detectors. If we can see coincident signal, that means cosmic rays can go through those layers of lead between them. We will start from 2 layers of lead, then increase by 1 layer.
