Analysis
Main points:
- TDC settings, comon start, common stop mode.
- TDC range.

- The difference in time scale between the oold and the new TDC settings (scintillator time)

ADC Charge calibration
Using Stanford pulse generator, a pulse is injected into the ADC with an appropriate amplitude to avoid the ADC saturation. pulse width is 36.4 +_ 0.4 us.
