0. Put scanned photoes in the files "Scan1, Scan2, ...". Name photoes by their order starting from minus polarity, center zero current. 1. Runing Gauss_Fit.m will give emittances. 2. Calibrations must be entered at Gauss_Fit.m 3. Guass_Fit.m will do Gaussiion fitting and get rms beam sizes. rms values will be passed to Emit_Parabola_Fit_kl_XProjection.m and Emit_Parabola_Fit_kl_YProjection.m, for parabola fits and emittace calculations. 4. Beam images and Gaussian fits can be plotted by Matlab.
